Customer Requirements

To build a rear flat roof extension with a flat roof lantern, then complete a full width structural knock through into the existing house to fully open up the space. Install Bi-Folding doors with a level threshold to allow the outdoor and indoor spaces to be blended together. The property was already a good size, but needed an additional flexible living space that modern family life demands, and this project delivered exactly what the client was looking for. Good quality materials and fixtures were sourced to really maximise the budget the client had available, and the finished project really delivered on the brief we were given.
