Customer Requirements

To build a rear extension and remove internal structural wall to create a large open plan living area for a new Kitchen, Dining and Living Room. The structural opening was made as large as possible to create the most open plan area possible and create a flow between the new extension and original part of the house. Level threshold Bi-Folding Doors have created a subtle link between the newly laid patio and living area, meaning that when the doors are opened it creates a fantastic multipurpose space.
