The customers started talking to us before their completion date on this large property, as they wanted us involved right in the early stages of the process at the design phase. Between the customer and our team, we completely redesigned the property and came up with a plan to bring it up to modern living standards, and make it work for their individual needs as a family. In the original plan was to keep an existing conservatory, to the rear of the property, and replace the old glass roof with a new warm roof. But upon looking at the cost, we advised against this as it was much more cost effective to demolish the existing structure, and to create a new extension that seamlessly blended into the existing building. A lot of internal structural alterations were planned and carried out, in addition to the extension, to create this beautiful, light and practical open plan living space. No details were missed on this project, and along the way we rectified issues and modernised all of the plumbing and electrics. We are very proud at how this has turned out, and the customer now has a beautiful home to enjoy for decades to come.
