Customer Requirements

The customers needed to get the most out of this lovely period building, located just outside of Overton in Hampshire. Being the fact, it is a grade two listed property, it certainly proposed significant design challenges, as all the modernisation work needed to be carried out sympathetically, and then signed off accordingly. The scope of the build was comprehensive as it covered a large extension, new kitchen, relocation of bathrooms, as well as adding additional bathrooms and some extremely complex structural renovations and changes. We also love the glazing options that the customers went with, as we feel as though this has made a huge difference in how the project has turned out.
