Undertake significant structural alterations to create an open plan kitchen and dinning area, with full width bi-folding doors and a zero-threshold leading on to a large new patio area. The kitchen needed to be designed in such a way as to create a lot more storage and the ability to house more integrated appliances. Although the existing layout of the house worked functionally, there was the need to create a much larger kitchen to give a more open plan feel, and give a larger entertaining area. By Opening up the space it created enough room for a breakfast bar, which we feel, along with the lighting the customer has chosen, has really given the house the wow factor.
